If you ask us, truly great things are worth the wait (ahem, the revival). With that, we'll say getting to Litchfield County is a journey, albeit a beautiful one*. But, fall is the perfect time to experience New England and the trip is a destination in and of itself.

*By train, coming from NYC, you'll take the Harlem Line from Grand Central Station to Ten Mile River. The nearest train station to town is just a short "ooo-ber" away from Kent!*

From NYC your travel time is likely less than 2 hours.

There are three airports that service the area surrounding New York City.

Several major airlines fly direct from cities across the country into the following airports: EWR, JFK and LGA.

You'll find that almost every rental car company services these airports as well. After all, it's New York!

From Hartford you'll arrive faster than anyone else.

Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Hartford is the closest airport to Kent. At just 50 miles away, you'll have enough time for a scenic drive before arriving at Town Hall.

Major U.S. based airlines that service this airport include American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest and United.

And, in terms of rental cars your options include almost the same selection as you'd expect anywhere else.

From Boston it'll take longer, but you'll get to see New England in the fall.

Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is easily accessible from most cities. It's nearly a 3 hour drive, but you may find cheaper airfare here and you'll get to see quite a bit of Massachusetts and Connecticut.

You'll find all the major airlines and rental car companies here.
